Question: Do you Deliver?
Answer:
Yes we do. Prearranged deliveries are organised within a 5 mile radius Bromley.
Question: How long to you need to make a personalised cake?
Answer:
A minimum of 3 working days are required for all sponge and chocolate cake orders. Fruit cakes should be ordered a minimum of 2 weeks in advance to give them time to become really beautifully juicy! If you have less than 2 weeks to your celebration, do still enquire as we often have spare fruit cakes maturing in stock.
Question: What are the payment terms?
Answer:
We accept cards or cash. 50% is payable on placing the order, the rest on collection. For deliveries the balance of payment is made 3 days prior to delivery.
Question: How long will a cake last?
Answer:
For best results your Sponge or Chocolate Cake should be eaten on the day of collection but it should be fine for 4-5 days. A fruit cake will last a lot longer if stored in a cool dry location.
Question: Should I keep the cake in the fridge?
Answer:
No! Keep it cool and dry but do not refridgerate
Question: Are any of your cakes \”nut free\”?
Answer:
We cannot guarantee are products are nut free. Traces of nut may be found.
Question: What are your cancellation terms?
Answer:
There is a £10 admin fee placed or orders cancelled from the day after an order is made. Within one week of the due date date 50% is chargeable, and within 2 days of the due date 100% is payable. **Wedding Cakes carry higher cancellation fees based on the nature of the cake – these will be discussed with you at the time of ordering.
